Welcome to the Mallard Cove Property Owners Association Community Website!

Our neighborhood consists of 30 homes in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. We are located on the shores of Lake Opechee in the City of Laconia, New Hampshire.  Among our many amenities are two private beaches, tennis court and extensive common area. We are close to Lake Winnipesaukee, walking distance to the Laconia Country Club and a short drive to the White Mountains.
